Group coaching is a collaborative process where a small group of PhD students work with coaches over a set period of time to navigate their academic challenges and build clarity and confidence to move forward.
Through coaching, you’ll identify blind spots, leverage your strengths, and develop strategies to take meaningful action on your PhD journey.

You identify blockers and enablers, define actionable steps, and develop healthy habits to stay motivated, overcoming the "no-deadline" paradox of a PhD thesis. By experiencing small successes along the way, you build momentum and maintain focus.
Meaningful peer-to-peer conversations foster valuable connections, open idea exchange, and constructive feedback, creating a community that extends beyond the program.​​

The group coaching process focuses on your performance and wellbeing as a PhD-student and enhances resilience throughout your academic journey. It builds effective coping strategies to deal with intense workloads, navigating uncertainties, power dynamics and feelings of isolation. You will enhance your abilities to handle drawbacks and increase your capacity to recover from difficulties. As a result of the group coaching, you will be better equipped to deal with the challenging periods of your work.
2 / Time Mastery
The process focuses on prioritising, setting goals, evaluating progress and reflecting on past successes, while exploring the mindset and resources needed to stay motivated and productive.
3 / EmpowerHER: Elevating Women in Academia
This process addresses the unique challenges encountered by female PhD-students in academia. Covering vital topics like self-presentation, assertiveness, navigating success in male-dominated fields, handling power dynamics, and balancing work-life/family responsibilities, our goal is to unite future female leaders, fostering peer support, self-reflection, and personal growth in a nurturing environment.
