Our coaching is grounded in a solution-focused approach — prioritising what works and what’s possible over what’s not. We foster reflective, forward-moving conversations that balance support with constructive challenge.
Participants build on their strengths, gain new perspective, and develop practical strategies for growth — in their scientific roles and as individuals.
How It Works
1. Book a Discovery Call
A free 30-minute conversation to explore your needs and see if coaching is the right fit for you.
2. Coaching Sessions
Coaching takes place in 45–60 minute sessions, typically weekly or bi-weekly. Sessions are held online. Most clients attend 3–5 sessions, depending on their goals and context.
3. Approach
We use a solution-focused coaching method to help you gain clarity, build on your strengths, and navigate challenges — in your academic role and as a person. Coaching supports both your professional development and personal wellbeing, helping you move forward with confidence and purpose.
4. Language
Individual coaching is available in English, German, Estonian, and Finnish.
5. Confidentiality
Coaching is fully confidential. As accredited professionals, we follow high ethical standards to ensure a safe, trustworthy space for reflection and growth.
